According to a Providence Business News report, C.J. Fox ceased almost all production at its box, label and tag manufacturing factory in May when it was bought by Seaboard. Seaboard offered jobs in Fitchburg to 70 C.J. Fox employees, but only 15 accepted.
Seaboard had excess capacity at its Fitchburg plant, the Providence Business News reported.
