Family Dollar To Open 4th Worcester Store

Family Dollar Stores will open its fourth store in Worcester at 115 Gold Star Blvd., in a space that once housed a CVS pharmacy, according to a statement from Worcester-based Glickman Kovago & Company, which brokered the lease deal for the discount store chain.
The store is scheduled to open in April. Family Dollar will occupy nearly 8,600 square feet of space at a small shopping center that already includes Price Rite and Austin Liquors. The property is owned by ISM Holdings, Inc., of Boylston.
Family Dollar, based in Charlotte, N.C., carries groceries, health and beauty products, household goods and clothing in 6,800 stores across 44 states.
