A three-story office and retail complex at 10-20 Main St. in Natick was sold to an investor for $2.4 million.
Cross Main Street LLC of Natick, registered to entrepreneur Warren Cross, Jr., purchased the building on June 28 from 10 Main Street Natick LLC, which is registered to Royce Cross, former CEO of Bangor, Maine-based Cross Insurance, at the address of Cross Insurance.
The two buildings at 10-20 Main St. were constructed in 1900 and total approximately 19,000 square feet of retail and office space. The property was last sold to 10 Main Street Natick LLC of Natick for $3.7 million in 2019 by Fair Realty LLC of Natick, according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds.
The property is assessed by the Town of Natick for $2.5 million.
Warren Cross, Jr. is the founder, president, and CEO of cleaning company Cross Services Group in Natick and founded Cross Courts Squash and Fitness Center in Natick. He owns six commercial buildings, totaling 120,000 square feet, according to his bio on the Cross Services Group website.
