A dialysis center is the first tenant to open in a new phase of the Pleasant Valley Crossing shopping center in Sutton.
Fresenius Medical Care, an outpatient health facility, has opened its latest Central Massachusetts location, soon to be followed by Luv2Play, an indoor play area for children.
The newest phase at Pleasant Valley Crossing is also slated to include a 5,500-square-foot standalone restaurant available for lease and another 3,105-square-foot retail space. Those tenants will join grocery store anchor Market32, Five Guys, UniBank and Starbucks in the plaza just off Route 146.
The 6,800-square-foot Fresenius Medical Care dialysis center will be the chain’s eighth Central Massachusetts location.
