Allen Rome of Hub International New England LLC/Rome Insurance Agency in Fitchburg and Gary Shepherd of ShepCo Inc. in Townsend were elected as trustees for the Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts.
Both will serve two-year terms ending in 2012.
William E. Aubuchon III of W.E. Aubuchon Co. Inc. in Westminster was also reelected as trustee to a one-year term ending in 2011.
Individuals reelected as trustees to three-year terms ending in 2011 were: Ronald M. Ansin, The Ronald M. Ansin Foundation, Leominster; Georgana "Jan" Cochran, Alliance Energy Corp., Waltham; David E. Huhtala, Huhtala Oil Co., East Templeton; Theodore E. Lapres III, Nypro, Clinton; Deborah C. Phillips, Nickless & Phillips, Fitchburg; and Albert Stone, Sterilite Corp., Townsend.
Phillips was elected as chair for a one-year term ending in 2011.
Additional appointments include : Charles A. Gelinas Sr., Gelinas & Ward LLC, Leominster, vice chair; Steven L. Stone, Sterilite Corp., Townsend, treasurer; Thomas F. Bagley III, Anderson, Bagley and Mayo Insurance Agency Inc., Leominster, clerk; and Philip M. Grzewinski, president and recording secretary, Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts, Fitchburg.
