Gene Del Rosario, an internal medicine physician at Clinton Hospital and the president of the Clinton Hospital medical staff, was recently named to the Clinton Hospital Board of Trustees.
Del Rosario has been with the hospital since 2005 and became president of the medical staff last fall.
Hospital President and CEO Sheila Daily said in a statement that because Del Rosario is a primary care physician and the medical staff president, his new position will help facilitate communication between the board and the medical staff.
