A real estate company based in Cleveland has bought a Webster housing complex, Hartley Terrace, for just over $4 million.
The property was longed owned by WinnCompanies, a Boston real estate firm whose portfolio includes Canal Lofts and Voke Lofts in Worcester and Yarn Works in Fitchburg.
The buyer was an entity related to The Millennia Companies, which says it operates 28,000 housing units in 25 states.
Hartley Terrace is a three-building complex at the end of Hartley Street, which runs off Worcester Road (Route 12) on the northern edge of the town center. WinnCompanies advertises two- and three-bedroom units at the complex starting at $739 a month.
The property was last assessed by the town at nearly $2.6 million.
