BBC Worldwide, the commercial arm of the British Broadcasting Corp. (BBC), has turned to Acton -based video software and service provider SeaChange International’s multi-screen television service to support the launch of its BBC Store.
The new video-on-demand service, which will launch to UK consumers in 2015, will include programs currently unavailable online.
SeaChange said it will provide BBC Worldwide a managed service incorporating its Cloud Adrenalin product, which allows television service providers and content owners to deliver content on a variety of platforms and devices.
