Barnes signs revenue sharing agreement

Barnes Aerospace will supply aftermarket parts for two airplane engines made by General Electric under a revenue sharing agreement, the company said. Barnes Aerospace, one of three divisions of Bristol-based Barnes Group Inc. , builds, overhauls and repairs jet engine components. The agreement covers GE’s CFM56 and CF6 engine families, which are used on several versions of planes built by Boeing and Airbus. A monetary value for the agreement was not disclosed.
