Anna Maria College in Paxton is partnering with public access station WCCA TV to run a television production course in downtown Worcester, the pair announced on Friday.
The program will aim to provide students with television production experience in an active television production setting, and will provide opportunities for class participants to air as part of WCCA TV programming.
Topics covered will include information about production teams, pre-production, photography and post-production.
“This collaborative initiative will give students a unique opportunity to develop and strengthen career skills, which are needed in an ever more video/digital reliant world, and it’s a great way to interphase with the community at large,” said Mauro DePasquale, executive director at WCCA TV.
