Terry Shepherd is managing partner at the accounting firm of Shepherd & Goldstein of Framingham and a principal with ROCG, which is an international professional service and consulting firm. He has advised small and medium-sized, family owned/closely held businesses for more than 30 years. Additionally he has owned and operated small businesses in commercial real estate, mining, hotel and service industries.
David Dunn founded Dunn & Co. of Clinton in 1976 after working in the book printing industry for nearly 20 years. The business, which focuses primarily on book binding, got its start in a barn and is housed today in a facility at 75 Green St. His extended family, including his wife and children, now help manage the business. Dunn & Co. was a winner of the 2009 Central Mass. Family Business Awards.
Janet Ceddia is president and CEO of Security Construction Services in Hudson. With her husband Chris, Ceddia bought Security Fence Co. of Waltham in 2002. They renamed the business and grew into general contracting. She has a degree in political science and government from Colby College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is a 2010 Worcester Business Journal Women in Business Award winner.
