More money for colleges? Majority says ‘Yes’

A recent report by the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative warned that the Bay State spends less per student on higher education. Meaning that, in the long run, we could be in danger of falling behind other states like ours that have a high concentration of jobs in “innovation” industries, but better fund higher education. For our poll during the week of Feb. 17, most respondents said the state’s public colleges deserve more money.
