    Eliminate the WRTA completely.
    Use the money to provide vouchers for those who truly need them.
    Or combine the public bus service with the school bus service and put it out to bid by private contractors.

    besides making the WRTA free the city needs to restrict the use of ride sharing with taxes, fees and permits. These companies use the cities infrastructure without contributing a penny to the maintenance and upkeep of the roads.
