WPI Pitch Contest Open
The fifth annual Five-Minute Pitch Contest held by the Worcester Polytechnic Institute Venture Forum is now taking applications.
The contest gives entrepreneurs the chance to practice their funding pitch, get expert advice, and win prizes.
Applications are due April 29. They will be evaluated by area business leaders, and 10 finalists will compete at the Venture Forum's June 14 meeting.
In the competition, companies will have five minutes to pitch their business to expert judges and the forum audience. Pitches will be judged based on business model, innovation, market opportunity, competitive advantage and leadership team.
