Thomson Reuters has named Saint Vincent Hospital of Worcester as one of the nation’s 100 top hospitals.
Thomson Reuters has been evaluating hospitals for the list annually since 1993 based on measures of care, quality and cost. Saint Vincent said this is the second time it has been named to the list.
Brigham and Women’s Hospital of Boston was named as one of the best and fastest-improving hospitals in the country. Also on the top 100 list are Caritas St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Massachusetts General Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, all of Boston, as well as
Baystate Medical Center of Springfield, Beverly Hospital and Winchester Hospital.
