A 110,202-square-foot property in the Westborough Technology Park was sold for $18.3 million in a deal closed Tuesday, according to the Worcester South District Registry of Deeds.
Located at 8 Technology Dr. in Westborough, the office property is leased to KPM Analytics, an electronics manufacturer, according to KPM’s website.
It was bought by 255 Hudson Road, Stow LLC, a firm registered to Amy CampoBasso Abrams, who works at Guaranty Management Co. in Worcester. In 2019, a corporation registered to CampoBasso Abrams bought a manufacturing property in Stow owned by CPI Radant Technologies.
The seller was Marlborough real estate agency Ferris Development Group LLC. Ferris Development bought the property in 2015 for $11.6 million. The Town of Westborough assesses it at $10.6 million.
The property is part of the 57-acre, five-building technology park at the junction of the Massachusetts Turnpike, I-495, and Route 9.
CORRECTION: a previous version of this story stated that CampoBasso Abrams is an attorney in Leominster.
