CPI Radant Technologies’ facility in Stow has been sold to a Leominster entity for nearly $5.8 million.
According to records on file with the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds, the manufacturing property was sold by an entity controlled by former Radant Technologies President and CEO Jean-Claude Sureau to 255 Hudson Road, Stow LLC, an entity controlled by Amy Campobasso Adams of Leominster.
Business records on file with the Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth show Adams' entity was set up to manage or develop the property.
Company officials could not be reached for comment.
Sureau stayed on to lead the operations in Stow after the company was acquired by CPI International in 2013 for an undisclosed price. Tim Smith has since taken over as the Radant president.
The sale comes well after the company opened a 128,000-square-foot facility in Hudson.
