A six-unit apartment building on the shore of Indian Lake in Worcester has sold for $1.25 million, five years after it was sold for $720,000.
The sale, which closed on Friday according to Worcester District Registry of Deeds records, puts the value of each unit at $208,333. The property was purchased by Rutter’s Brook LLC, a Maynard-based corporation.Â
Rutter’s Brook owns a six-unit rowhouse in Northbridge and a condominium complex in Westborough.Â
The property was sold by College Ring Trust, an entity registered in Littleton. College Ring purchased the property for $720,000 in January 2019.Â
Before that, the building was last sold in 2015 for $557,450, according to City of Worcester property records.Â
The City of Worcester gave the property a tax assessment value of $836,440 in fiscal 2023.
