A six-unit apartment building on Indian Lake in Worcester has sold for $720,000.
The sale, which closed Jan. 31, puts the value of each unit at $120,000.
The building at 45 Proctor St. was built in 1971 and was last assessed by the city at $487,900. It last sold in 2015 for $557,450.
The seller was Six Seventeen Capital, which is registered to Michael and Melissa Prendergast of Sterling. The buyer was College Ring Trust, which is registered to Thiago DosSantos of Hopkinton.
