Stonegate Group, a Natick real estate management and development company, acquired a three-level office building on 5.4 acres at 134 Flanders Road in Westborough for $6.1 million.
The seller was an entity registered to Scott Hughes, president and co-founder of New Dover Associates of Framingham and David Zaltas, principal of Natick’s Sunrock Development Corp., according to the Worcester Registry of Deeds. New Dover Associates handled the transaction on behalf of the seller. The deal closed on May 27.
Tenants at the 57,421 square foot structure include ConMed, a Florida-based medical manufacturer, Pennsylvania-based builder Toll Brothers, and Swedish security giant Securitas.
Stonegate Group manages more than 750,000 square feet on 28 properties with 119,800 square feet under development, according to its website. The company was founded in 1988 and is led by CEO Sean McGrath.
