Worcester Business Journal is asking readers for their ideas for its annual list of the most influential professionals in Central Massachusetts.
The annual Power 100 list doubled in size from the Power 50 last year. The feature identifies the region’s leaders who most valuably wield their power to have an outsized influence on the economy and community.
WBJ is now soliciting ideas from readers on who to include in the Power 100 for 2025. Email those ideas to Editor Brad Kane at bkane@wbjournal.com by Feb. 28. Include the person’s name, title, company, and why you believe they are an influential professional in the region.
“The Power 100 feature has become the authoritative resource in understanding how power is held and used throughout the Central Massachusetts business community,” Kane said. “Power can be wielded effectively by all sorts of professionals, whether they are CEOs of Fortune 500 companies, small business owners who help set community trends, or newcomers on the scene with interesting ideas.”
The Power 100 from 2024 included:
- Dr. Eric Dickson, president & CEO of UMass Memorial Health in Worcester
- John Tocco, managing partner of real estate firm V10 Development
- Girish Navani, CEO of eClinicalWorks, in Westborough
- Aimee Peacock, CEO of Flexcon Global, in Spencer
- Rachel Monarrez, superintendent of Worcester Public Schools
- Allie Catlin, co-owner of Smith’s Country Cheese, in Winchendon
- Vincent Hemmeter, president and owner of Ralph's Rock Diner and Vincent's Bar, in Worcester
- Khalil Guzman-Jerry, owner of theWorcesterWorkshop
- John “Jack” Roche, president & CEO of The Hanover Insurance Group, in Worcester
The Power 100 for 2025 will be published on May 19.
