New England Coaching of Marlborough has hired Lisa Vaillette as director of sales and marketing.
Vaillette joins the company after a stint as a recruiting manager with staffing firm Robert Half International. In addition, over the past 10 years, she has worked in business management, property management, banking and sales.
New England Coaching offers corporate programs for executives, HR personnel and other employees.
