A Cambridge investor has purchased a pair of flex office buildings in Littleton for $2.6 million.
The 911 Beaver Brook LLC, an entity managed by Mark Rogers of Cambridge, closed the deal on Thursday for 11 and 11A Beaver Brook Road.
The occupied single-tenant buildings contain 26,000 square feet of space. Arradiance Molecular Innovation, a manufacturer, has already moved into the 10,200-square-foot space at 11A Beaver Brook Road. The other building is occupied by Control Resources, Inc., a manufacturing support firm run by engineers.
The seller, Lexvest Beaver Brook LLC, managed by the Lexvest Group in Shirley, bought the properties in 2018 for $2.7 million. Lexvest owns other properties in Maynard, Shirley and Pepperell, according to its website.
Nate Nickerson, a broker at O’Brien Commercial Properties Inc. of Concord procured Arradiance, and Eric O’Brien, the company’s president, represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.
