Uxbridge manufacturer sells its building for $2M

The engineering and manufacturing company A&J Industries has sold its Uxbridge facility for $2 million.

The property, at 56 Industrial Drive, was sold by A&J Realty Holding, which is registered to Albion Prindle of Auburn and John Gaudet of Burrillville, R.I., who founded A&J Industries in 1993. The Uxbridge building is the only location for the company.

The buyer was 56 Industrial Drive Realty Trust and trustee Ronald Parsons. The sale closed Dec. 30.

A&J Industries couldn’t be immediately reached for comment on Tuesday.

The 1.7-acre property last sold in 1999, the year the 28,000-square-foot building was built, for $90,000. It was last assessed by the Town of Uxbridge at just under $1.8 million.
