Sutton Smells Good To Septic Firm

A septic company has purchased 85 Dudley Road in Sutton for $353,000 and will move its North Grafton business there.
The Chase/Harris Corp. purchased the property, which includes an 1,800-square-foot home and 2,200 square feet of commercial space on 4.37 acres of industrial land, from George and Brenda Marshall.
The deal closed last month, according to Glickman Kovago & Co., the Worcester-based commercial real estate firm that handled the transaction.
The Chase/Harris Corp. is relocating its septic system maintenance and inspection company to the property from North Grafton.
