Worcester-based Coghlin Cos. has hired Waltham public relations firm Hart-Boillot to undertake marketing campaigns for its Columbia Tech and Cogmedix subsidiaries.
Hart-Boillot will lead media and marketing campaigns designed to increase awareness of the two units. Columbia Tech is a contract manufacturing business and Cogmedix is a medical device manufacturing business.
The privately-held Coghlin said it considers it important to step up marketing and publicity efforts during difficult economic times.
Hart-Boillot specializes in business-to-business marketing and public relations for the high-tech, medical devices and education industries.
