State Provides $600K For Development Corps

The state's Office of Small Business and Entrepreneurship has given $600,000 in grants to 25 nonprofit organizations that provide programming to small businesses.
Organizations in Central Massachusetts receiving the grants include: the Greater Gardner Community Development Corp., the Martin Luther King Center for Business Development and the Twin Cities Community Development Corp. of Leominster and Fitchburg.
The grants will help ensure that the nonprofit organizations will be able to continue providing services to small businesses for the rest of this year, including through the small business technical assistance grants that the organizations distribute.
