Seven Hills Purchases Fitchburg Properties

Worcester social services nonprofit agency Seven Hills Foundation has purchased two properties on John Fitch Highway in Fitchburg for $1.055 million.
According to broker Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates Inc. of Worcester, Seven Hills will move its day care operations from Day Street in downtown Fitchburg to the new properties once current tenants are out and construction work is completed by the end of 2008.
The properties are located at 1470 and 1480 John Fitch Highway. The building at 1470 is a vacant 3,679-square-foot building on less than a quarter-acre of land, while the other building is a more than 8,000-square-foot structure on more than an acre of land that currently houses medical offices. The current medical tenants are expected to vacate the properties in August, according to Kelleher and Sadowsky.
