Milford-based SeraCare Life Sciences Inc. will sell the full line of RayBiotech Inc.‘s proteins used in scientific and medical research.
SeraCare said the agreement, which expands the company’s offerings in life sciences tools, is part of the company’s growth strategy. SeraCare supplies biological reagents to the pharmaceutical industry and wants to also offer RayBiotech’s line of protein products to its clients.
RayBiotech is based in Georgia and expects the new deal to increase the company’s exposure and the demand for its products.
