Saylent Technologies of Medway announced the implementation of its Y-Debit software at STAR Financial Bank, a financial institution headquartered in Indiana.
Y-Debit software monitors online and offline activity of debit card users, affording banks and other institutions the opportunity to track how customers use debit cards. It also helps track expenses associated with debit card usage, such as PIN charges, surcharge rebating and card issue fees.
The program also allows the bank to manage its reward programs in-house, a task that would have otherwise required outsourcing or additional hires, said Ralph Marcuccilli, CIO of STAR Financial Bank.
