Gardner-based nonprofit RCAP Solutions has hired Melissa Ingerson as a housing search specialist and Kimberly Williams as a case manager.
Operating out of RCAP's Worcester location, Ingerson will help find housing units for participants in a homelessness prevention program run by the Montachusett Opportunity Council. She works with case managers from nonprofit groups and with property owners to negotiate affordable rents and agreements for subsidy payments.
Ingerson previously served as an intern at Friendly House in Worcester. She has an associate's degree from Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester.
Williams, who also works from RCAP's Worcester office, coordinates the delivery of services to participants in RCAP programs, including working with other service providers and documenting clients' progress.
Williams previously worked as supervising intake coordinator at the Henry Lee Willis Center in Worcester. She is working toward a bachelor's degree in psychology at Bay Path College.
