Here's the correct caption.)Charter Communications had 35 company volunteers on site with Rebuilding Together-Worcester to help with repairs for two city homeowners. Renovations included carpentry, power washing and window replacements.
Auburn Chamber of Commerce hosted a Town-Wide Cleanup last month. Three hundred volunteers collected 1.18 tons of trash, 400 pounds of recyclable material and 2.69 tons of recyclable metal. Republic Services/Allied Waste of Auburn, Interstate All Battery Center of Auburn, and Wheelabrator of Millbury donated services and disposal. Also, Outback Steakhouse of Auburn and proprietor Scott Symington hosted a luncheon for the event.

Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce awarded five $1,000 scholarships to graduating seniors. The $5,000 is raised through the Wayside Run for Fun 5K, sponsored by Wayside Racquet and Swim Club in Marlborough.

Westborough-based retailer BJ’s Wholesale Club has reached a milestone: 30 million pounds of food donated to local Feeding America food banks since its giving effort started in November 2011.

Framingham-based MutualOne Bank awarded $9,971 to Natick Center Associates to promote the Natick Center Cultural District. The funds will support a multifaceted marketing program of the downtown area.
