Deborah Penta, CEO of PENTA Communications Inc. in Westborough, was elected chairwoman of the Westborough Economic Development Committee. Penta is the third person elected to the position since the committee was established in 2009. She succeeds Lester Hensley, CEO of EMSEAL Corp. in Westborough.
