Avison Young said it recently brokered the lease of 18,750 square feet of Class A industrial warehouse space in Milford.
According to the firm, Principal Kevin Malloy and Associate Dan Strauss of the Boston office represented the landlord, Clarke Corp., at 393 Fortune Blvd. Brokers from Avison Young’s Houston office represented the tenant, Victory Packaging.
Victory Packaging is a Houston-based packaging and distribution company which handles packaging design, creation, storage, delivery and management.
specializing in finding cost reductions for customers and has locations throughout North America. The Milford location is its first in Massachusetts.
The 107,610-square-foot building has a 650-kilowatt solar array creating enough energy to power more than what the building uses, Avison said.
