Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. of Northborough announced four leasing deals totaling 25,192 square feet and the procurement for a direct buyer of a 38,000 square foot building, all in MetroWest.
The largest of the four leases was a 11,942-square-foot tenant rep deal for Coastline Enterprise at 908 Boston Turnpike in Shrewsbury. The broker also leased 5,000 square feet to Mech-el Industries, Inc. at 9 Kane Industrial Park in Hudson; 5,500 square feet at 542 Main St. in Hudson to a landscaping company; and 2,750 square feet in a direct deal sublease in a manufacturing space to Millibar at 122 South St., Hopkinton.
Greater Boston Commercial Properties also procured a direct buyer for a 38,000-square-foot building at 123 Washington St. in Holliston. The buyer was not disclosed, as the sale is still open.
Tyler DeWolfe, who joined Greater Boston Commercial Properties in September, orchestrated the leases and the sale. DeWolfe is a recent graduate of the University of New Hampshire, with a degree in finance and a focus on real estate.
