Online enrollment spikes at HSA
For the first time since its digital sign-up was established two years ago, more health savings account holders at HSA Bank are enrolling online than through paper submissions, said the bank, a division of Webster Financial Corp. of Waterbury. About 45 percent of enrollees are signing up online, while 42 percent are using paper forms. The rest signed up electronically through an employer or other organization.
