Worcester Business Journal is accepting nominations for the inaugural Champions of Health Care awards. The newly launched awards program seeks to honor healthcare professionals on all levels who are leaders in the industry and in the region.
Nominations are due by Sept. 15, and the form can be found here.
Award winners will be recognized at the WBJ Health Care Forum and profiled for stories in the Nov. 27 edition. Honorees will be selected based on nominations and judged by a panel of experts.
Nominees can be from any level of their career and from different roles in the industry, including administrators, volunteers, doctors, nurses, and educators. They should be people who have made significant contributions to the healthcare industry in Central Massachusetts. Companies and individuals are eligible for the awards. A full list of nomination categories is available in the nomination form.Â
Providing information about the healthcare landscape and its impacts to businesses, the WBJ Health Care forum is an industry-wide event. Additional information about the awards can be found here.
