Worcester Business Journal is launching a new awards program to recognize healthcare professionals who are leaders in the industry and in the region.
Honorees for the Champions of Health Care awards will be selected based on nominations and judged by a panel of experts. Award winners will be recognized at the WBJ Health Care Forum and profiled for stories in the Nov. 27 edition. All levels of professionals are eligible for nominations for the award, from companies, to individual doctors, nurses, specialists, or managers. The nomination deadline is Sept. 15.
The awards seek to recognize outstanding contributions from Central Massachusetts healthcare industry members. Nominees should be individuals or entities who have helped keep and promote health and safety in the region.Â
