MutualOne Bank of Framingham on Tuesday named Joe Regan as the bank’s new CFO, replacing Brien Maginnis, who was with the bank for more than 11 years.
Regan will be responsible for directing all of the MutualOne’s finance functions and assisting with the creation and implementation of strategies. He will provide financial counsel to the CEO, president, and board of directors, according to a Tuesday press release from the bank.
Regan was most recently the principal accounting officer at Boston Private Bank, a subsidiary of Boston Private Financial Holdings.
In June, MutualOne named experienced executive Kristin Carvalho as president, chief operating officer and treasurer.
MutualOne Bank is the 16th largest bank in Central Massachusetts, as ranked by its local deposits of $803.6 million, according to Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. data analyzed by the WBJ Research Department.
