BRUCE TAYLOR, founder of ERA Key Realty Services in Northbridge, has been named in the ERA Hall of Fame by ERA Real Estate. The hall of fame recognizes individuals who have earned high levels of recognition as well as contribution within ERA, and who made an impact on the culture and history throughout the years. Taylor founded ERA Key Realty Services in Milford in 1988 after ERA Homeowners Advantage merged with Nelson Zides ERA John Nelson in Framingham. He received his MBA in finance from Ohio University in 1969 and began his career in real estate in 1973 serving as a chief financial trust officer of Dominion Mortgage and Realty Trust in Massachusetts.
New branch managers have been appointed for bankHometown branches in Lancaster, Oxford and Sturbridge. JOLISA CHOUINARD of Clinton is the new branch manager in Lancaster. She joined bankHometown in 2014 and previously served as the assistant manager for the branch for five years. She was previously an administrative lead with Reliant Medical Group and a commercial account administrator at Clinton Savings Bank. JO-ANN BUSSIERE of Stow is now the branch manager in Oxford. She was previously the branch manager of the bank’s Lancaster branch. She has more than 30 years of banking experience and joined bankHometown in 2016 from Cambridge Trust Co. ANTHONY MARINI is the new branch manager in Sturbridge after having served in the same position in Oxford. He has 15 years of banking experience and as a store manager for TD Bank before joining bankHometown in 2018.
ELISA CUDDY has been appointed as the assistant vice president for mortgage originations at Clinton Savings Bank. Cuddy has banking experience stretching more than 20 years. Prior to her new job, she was recognized in 2017 by The Banker and Tradesman for being the No. 3 producer of mortgage loans in Worcester County. She obtained an associates degree from Mount Wachusett Community College in Gardner and is a graduate from the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce Community Leadership Institute.
LAUREN EVENS has been named as president of the volunteer board at The Junior League of Worcester. Prior to earning her new position, Evens has held positions such as membership director and fundraising director since she joined JLW in 2015. In her position as president, she will help and enrich the lives of women and children in Worcester County through supporting the fight against human trafficking and through filling the gap of menstrual hygiene products in Worcester. Evens is a human resources technology specialist with The Hanover Insurance Group in Worcester. Other new JLW board members include NICOLE THEODOROPOULOS, members-at-large from Sturbridge, ALLISON PEARLMAN, treasurer from Holden, DIANA BRANCH, secretary from Hudson, and SUE CITRO, nominating and placement member from Worcester.
CARLA MCCALL has been elected to be on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Board of Directors. McCall will be on a volunteer term lasting three years ending in 2023. She is the managing partner at Westborough accounting firm AAFCPAs.
JIM SOUZA has been named as director of facilities at AdCare Hospital in Worcester. Souza previously was the director of engineering and maintenance at The Reservoir Center For Health and Rehabilitation in Marlborough. He is an electrician by trade and has experience in Occupational Safety & Health Administration, Department of Environmental Protection, Department of Public Health, and Joint Commission safety regulations. Other positions formerly held by Souza include management positions at Leicester Public Schools, Worcester manufacturer Table Talk Pies, and the Stetson School in Barre.
Anna Maria College in Paxton has appointed DR. ABRAHAM HADDAD and SR. KATERI MITCHELL as new members to its board of trustees. Haddad is a former dentist and prior to taking the position at the college, served as the chairman and founding member of the board of Massachusetts Biomedical Initiatives, is a former chairman of the Division of Dental Medicine at UMass Memorial Health Care in Worcester and was the previous president of the American Association of Hospital Dentists. Haddad has volunteered many hours on boards around Worcester and is the past chairman at the Worcester Regional Research Bureau as well as the curriculum development committee. He received his bachelor’s degree from Boston University and his doctorate in dental medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. Mitchell, is a member of the Mohawk Nation, Turtle Clan, which is a matriarchal and matrilineal society of the Iroquois Confederacy. She is a sister of St. Anne having served for 59 years in the congregation completing many assignments in the U.S and Canada, and for 40 years she has been full time in Native Ministry. In 1999 Mitchell was a representative for Native American Catholics at the interreligious Assembly in Rome. In 2008 she was recognized by Pope Benedict XVI as the first Natice American consultant on the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Assembly in Rome. She received an honorary degree from Anna Maria College in 2005, and has received a bachelor’s degree from the Paxton school as well as a master’s degree in education administration from St. Lawrence University in New York.
DIANE DABROWSKI earned the 2020 Realtor Association of Central Massachusetts 2020 Emerald Top Producer Award. The top producers were recognized for outstanding levels of production in real estate transactions based on dollar volume or units sold in 2019. With more than 30 years of experience, Dabrowski started at Alliance Realty in Charlton, later merging with ERA Key and is a certified residential specialist. Dabrowski is also a member of the National Association of Realtors.
YIONGCHIASIDER “BEA” LEE has joined The North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce as an economic development and loan administrator. Lee will be responsible for the administration of the diverse portfolio of programs and initiatives in the North Central Massachusetts Development Corp., which is the chamber's economic development arm. Prior to her new role, she worked in the Panther Group in Boston as a client relationship manager, and before that job worked for Rollstone Bank and Trust in Fitchburg as an assistant branch manager. Lee earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration at Fitchburg State University, and an associates degree in business from Mount Wachusett Community College in Gardner.
JOSEPH J. NORMANT has joined the Leominster Credit Union as senior vice president and chief financial officer. LCU’s finance department includes accounting, and treasury and audit compliance which will be overseen by Normant. He will report to John O’Brien, who is the president and CEO, and participate in the senior management team as a member. Before joining LCU, Normant was the CFO at Main Street Bank in Marlborough.
AUDRA LIZARRALDE of ERA Key Realty Services in Framingham has earned certification as a seniors real estate specialist from the National Association of Realtors, meaning that Lizarralde is a member of the SRES Council and that she has the experience and knowledge to help homebuyers, specifically individuals over the age of 50, with lifestyle and financial transitions. Lizzardale also works as a legal assistant in the law office of George Gochros in Framingham. She joined ERA Key in 2019, while previously being an accounts payable supervisor at EMC Corp. in Hopkinton, Navix Diagnostix in Taunton, and in the beginning of her career she was an accounts receivable specialist at Advocates, Inc. in Framingham. Her has a bachelor’s degree from UMass Amherst.
