He has a bachelor’s degree in history from Westfield State University and a master’s from Simmons College in Boston.
Grafton Suburban Credit Union has hired MARTHA A. DEAN as chief operating officer. She most recently served as senior risk manager at Boston-based Wolf & Company PC. She has a bachelor’s degree from Worcester State University. Dean lives in Northbridge.
ANTHONY J. MERCADANTE of Fitchburg and ANNA MARIE CLEMENTI of Lunenburg were named to Fitchburg State University’s board of trustees. Mercadante is managing partner of Mercadante & Mercadante PC. He earned a degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and a master’s from Bentley University in Waltham. Clementi is involved in her family’s plastic’s business, Leominster-based Plastican Inc., and has bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Boston College.
Marlborough-based data protection firm Sepaton Inc. hired JEFF TOFANO as chief technology officer. He was previously chief technology officer at Quantum Corp. Tofano earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science and mathematics from Colgate University in Hamilton, N.Y.
Framingham-based TD Bank named DANIEL M. BARNARD store manager of the Temple Street store in Framingham. He has a master’s degree in management from Cambridge College in Cambridge. Barnard lives in Charlton.
Worcester-based Blue Sky Biotech Inc. appointed KELVIN LAM vice president of assay services. He previously served as director of HTS at Harvard Stem Cell Institute at Harvard University in Boston. Lam earned a Ph.D. from Boston University.
Fidelity Bank has named J.T. KELLEY senior vice president and business banking relationship manager for the North County territory and MEGHAN LIDDY senior vice president and business banking relationship manager. Kelley, of Worcester, most recently worked at Commerce Bank & Trust. He has a bachelor’s degree from Connecticut College in New London. Liddy, of Holden, previously worked at Middlesex Savings Bank in Westborough. She has an MBA from the University of Massachusetts in Lowell.

Clinton Savings Bank hired PAULA DIGREGORIO as consumer loan officer. She was a retail lending officer at Marlborough Savings Bank, where she was employed for 13 years. DiGregorio lives in Marlborough.
Hudson-based office furniture company AIS hired JORGE SERRATO and STEVE COOME. Serrato is the company’s representative in Mexico. He most recently served as vice president of sales for Workspaces and has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Serrato will be based in Monterrey, Mexico. Coome was named sales representative for Canada. He was previously president of the Steve Coome Agency in Canada.
EDWARD J. HASHEY was hired by Control Point Mechanical in Shrewsbury as project engineer. His 30 years of experience have been focused in commercial healthcare industrial HVAC applications and building automation systems.
POLLY A. TATUM was named president of the Worcester County Bar Association. She has a bachelor’s from Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester; a doctorate degree from Massachusetts Law School in Andover and a master of law degree from Western New England University in Springfield. Tatum runs a private practice and lives in Worcester.
