Mercantile Center to unveil lobby

The lobby of the $565 million Mercantile Center in Worcester project is complete and will be unveiled later this month.
So far. a massive 400,000-square-foot parking garage has been repaired and other improvements have been made, including renovations to 100,000 square feet of commercial space, construction of the new 30,000-square-foot lobby and improvements to an outdoor plaza.
Billed as one of the largest public-private investments in the state, the project includes enhancements to two office towers at 100 and 120 Front Street containing 642,300 square feet of office and retail space.
The project replaces the Worcester Center Galleria and is owned by Great Point Investors and Franklin Realty Advisors in Boston.
