Three years after being auctioned off for $5.9 million, a Marriott-brand hotel in Milford has been sold for $6.77 million.
The Fairfield Inn & Suites Boston Milford – Marriott, a 73-room hotel at 1 Fortune Blvd., was sold in a deal finalized on July 9 to KRI Fortune LLC, according to Worcester District Registry of Deeds records. KRI Fortune is managed by Hardik Patel of Foxborough.
The hotel was sold by 1 Fortune Boulevard Holdings LLC, an entity managed by Rialto Capital Advisors of Florida. Following the property being put up for auction in May 2022, Rialto purchased the hotel for $5.9 million in June of that year.
The hotel contains an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site laundry, according to the hotel’s page on Marriott’s website. Fairfield is Marriott’s value-focused brand, with fewer amenities and more affordable rooms than more premium Marriott brands, including Westin and Renaissance Hotels.
The Milford hotel was constructed in 2001. The property received a 2025 tax assessment value of $3.42 million, according to Town of Milford property records.
