A 73-room hotel in Milford will go up for auction in May, according to a post from Holbrook-based auctioneer Paul E. Saperstein Co.
Located at 1 Fortune Blvd. in Milford, the hotel, which is branded as a Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, is three stories and about 34,700 square feet located on nearly two acres of land.
The property was most recently bought in 2006 by an entity registered to Dilip Gandhi of North Attleborough, according to the Worcester South District Registry of Deeds. Under the name Krishna Darshan LLC, Gandhi bought the hotel for $4.5 million, about five years after it was constructed.
The hotel underwent a renovation in 2015. The Town of Milford assesses its value is just over $3 million, according to the Milford assessors’ database.
Along with 73 rooms, the hotel includes an indoor pool, fitness center, and outdoor dining area.
The auction will take place on May 4 and requires a deposit of $250,000.
