An entity affiliated with Boston real estate firm Foxfield, LLC, purchased a 3.8-acre Marlborough industrial property at 410 Forest St. for $5 million.
The deal between 410 Forest Fund LLC and seller 410 Forest LLC, an affiliate of Luzern Associates, LLC of New Canaan, Connecticut, was completed on Dec. 29, according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds.
Electronic Environments Co. LLC, a company specializing in data center and telecom facility design, build, maintenance, and repair services, is located at the site. There is no indication the company's operations will be affected by the sale.
The 32,500-square-foot facility was last purchased in 2020 for $4.3 million. The City of Marlborough assesses the property at $2.8 million.
Foxfield was created by a March merger of Novaya Real Estate Ventures and Foxfield Industrial. It is headquartered in Boston and has offices in Atlanta and Philadelphia. The company has more than 7 million square feet of assets under management and development, according to its website.
