Realty company Wheelock Street Capital LLC, with headquarters in Boston and Greenwich, Conn., purchased a 43,000-square-foot office building in Marlborough for $6.9 million, according to the Southern Middlesex Registry of Deeds.
The sale closed July 30.
The six-acre property, located at 669 Forest St., houses offices for manufacturers such as Adcole Corporation and CeraNova Corporation, and neighbors an IPG Photonics outpost, as well as Hologic Inc. (CQ)
It was sold by another realty company, Azad Legacy Partners in Lexington.
Azad Legacy Partners purchased the building from Adcole in May 2019 for almost $5.4 million in a leaseback transaction that allowed Adcole to use the building without owning it.
The parcel is valued at $4.8 million by the Marlborough City assessors.
