A 20,000-square-foot research-and-development building in Littleton has been purchased for $4 million by Arris Partners of Concord.
The property, located at 59 Porter Road near the intersection of Route 2 and Route 495, was sold by Westford-based real estate development firm Spound Development Associates in a deal finalized on Oct. 8, according to Middlesex South Registry of Deeds records.
The site will continue to serve as the headquarters for Diamond Antenna and Microwave Corp., according to Diamond. The site is also home to JOWA USA, a water treatment device manufacturer, and Diamond-Roltran, a telecoms manufacturing firm, according to a Google Maps listing.
Arris Partners owns several commercial properties in Central Massachusetts, including a 53,000-square-foot building in the Green Island neighborhood of Worcester and several industrial properties in Leominster, according to its website.
The 15-acre parcel was given a tax assessment of $3.3 million for 2024, according to Town of Littleton property records.
