Gene Banucci, the founder and former chairman and CEO of high-tech manufacturing company ATMI Inc., has joined the Board of Directors at Natick-based machine vision technology company Cognex Corp.
Banucci currently serves on the Board of Directors of publicly-traded Clean Harbors Inc. and the boards of two private companioes, EOS Climate and Cambrios Technologies Corp. Her formerly was a director of Zygo Corp., a public company acquired by AMETEK Inc. in 2014.
