X-Golf Worcester, an indoor golf course simulator and sports bar, will open at the Trolley Yard Plaza in Worcester on March 11.
The facility at 287 Grove St. will feature nine golf simulators with 100 golf courses, as well as a full bar, according to a Tuesday press release from Owner Marc Catanese.
X-Golf is a franchise with nearly 70 locations across the country. Its Massachusetts location are in Burlington and Wayland.
The Worcester location will be at The Trolley Yard, a retail plaza completed by Webster-based developer Galaxy Development in spring 2021. Other tenants at the plaza, which was constructed on the former Worcester Regional Transit Authority facility site, include Chipotle, Starbucks, and Orangetheory Fitness.
The ribbon cutting ceremony will be 3:30 p.m. March 11. Mayor Joe Petty and Timothy Murray, Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce president and CEO, will be in attendance.
