IC Federal Credit Union on Monday announced it has promoted three new members of its executive team, according to Anthony Emerson, president and CEO of the Fitchburg-based lender.
Tammi DiSalvo, 54, has been named senior vice president of innovation and development. She has more than three decades of experience in banking, 17 of them at IC. In addition to new product development, she oversees the service center and digital banking. She lives in Gardner with her husband Len, and their twins, Mia and Michael.
Carolyn Perla, 35, is taking on the role of senior vice president of retail banking and marketing. She has been with IC for nearly a dozen years, where she has held a variety of positions. In her new role, Perla oversees retail, marketing, facilities, and the retirement and investment program. She received her bachelor's degree in sociology and psychology and an MBA from Fitchburg State University. Perla was a WBJ Forty Under 40 recipient. She lives in Leominster, with her husband Patrick, and has three sons, Romeo, Tedy, and Cyrus.
Holly Sanchez, 35, is the new senior vice president of human resources. She has more than a dozen years in the personnel field and with nearly seven at IC. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and attends Fitchburg State University to complete her MBA. She lives in Fitchburg with her husband, Aridio, daughter Sofia, and son Sebastian.
